                                             Introduction

Lakeba Wallace, author, radio and television personality, impacts audiences throughout the nation concerning breast cancer awareness. Her message embraces a holistic approach to survival that speaks boldly of the practical and spiritual methodology that instills faith and hope for families confronting the diagnosis of breast cancer. Her testimony is quite profoundly stated as “God’s leading Survivor.“

                                               Biography

Lakeba Wallace is a woman of faith. She is a proud mother of two children, an accomplished business owner and a sought after Radio/TV Personality. She is the founder of YWWBC-- Young Women With Breast Cancer and is supportively involved in community organizations.  Lakeba exemplifies a walk of faith that has branded her as God’s Leading Survivor.

Lakeba comes on the scene as a woman who has faced the challenges of life’s issues and has won many battles, through single parenting, financial distress, the earthshaking, life threatening diagnosis of breast cancer, and the aftermath of the recovery process for healing and restoration.   Truly this journey has increased her knowledge and wisdom for reaching a community and teaching the practical aspects of recovery in all areas of one’s life. 

                                     Accomplishments and Objectives

Lakeba is a radio show host for “Living Day By Day” which airs every Monday @3pm and Wednesday @7pm on BBG Network. (BBGNetwork.com).  

She was a guest on the TV show -- “Nothing Like Church Folks”, in Atlanta, Georgia, Produced by Terry Wooten-Graham in February 2007

Lakeba is an accomplished writer of books and articles.  Her first book, You Can Make It is available at Jawbonepublishing.com.  Additional books,“In Many Wars, Understanding and Identifying Breast Cancer” and her poem entitled "So You Thought are awaiting publishing.    

As a public speaker, Lakeba Wallace seeks to enhance opportunities in mass media broadcasting, travel, keynote speaking engagements, teaching and coaching to empower all people for obtaining successful recovery strategies from breast cancer.  She desires to develop a community based television show, local or franchised, that will help to restore, heal and guide people through the stages of successful recovery. 

Through all the experiences, life’s challenges, and the victory of successful achievement, Lakeba, pursues a global interest to continue teaching the world about the hope that is everlasting and eternal through the message of the Gospel and God’s marvelous provision for healing and restoration.
